Description of the object
A small single-family house. A wooden version of the B version with a single garage is equipped with a functional attic and a garage for one station erected in front of the facade. Narrow, crowned with a steep envelope roof, the hides a cozy interior, extended by a large terrace. The front and rear walls have been sculpted with a shallow arcade and (mentioned above) garage with a roof. In the side flanks there were two single-sided dormers. The well-thought-out location of the chimneys has allowed it to fit neatly into the external form. The house is ideal for a family of four, and its oblong shape is perfect for narrow plots. The ground floor is clearly divided into two sections that are the same width apart. From the outside, this division is visible in the form of two breaks in the shorter walls. The extension of the vestibule opens with a large common part, which functions as a communication room, living room and dining room. In the middle of the room is widened by a two-speed open staircase with a large soul perpendicular to it. From the garden side, the interior connects with the terrace, which adjoins the entire rear wall. The shape of the building made it possible to separate the enclosed arcade, in the corner of which there was an external fireplace. The living room also has a fireplace connected to the same chimney. The second strip was occupied by a large and adjustable kitchen (its window overlooks the arcade), a staircase, a garage, and a boiler room connecting it with the rest of the house. The small vestress, which serves the ground floor, also adheres to the vestibule. The night zone was located in the attic. Despite the limited width, it was possible to separate very adjustable rooms. Two large rooms with wardrobes adjoin the entire side wall. In the larger one, a married bedroom was proposed, which was extended with a projection from the garden side. In the middle of the opposite long wall there is a hall connected to the stairs. From the side of the property, the third, smallest room is available. A large bathroom on the other side is dedicated to all attic users. Directly from it, we also get to the utility room above the garage, which can be used as a laundry room combined with a drying room. Charming exterior and cozy in the middle. The horizontal version B with a single garage is the perfect design for a small family. The great advantage of the building is the small width, which will satisfy the owners of narrow plots. Consistent division of the body into two parts facilitated the functional layout of the rooms. Thanks to the open, wide staircase, the ground floor seems to be more spacious, and communication in the attic is much easier. Plus, there is an extra room behind the bathroom at the top and a lot of space under the upper course of the stairs. Two fireplaces can be used as a supplement to the basic heating method (or even the main heat sources).
