The house is characterized by a simple shape, so its implementation will not absorb too many financial resources. The design belongs to the category of houses with ridge facing parallel to the road, which is important from the point of view of building conditions in a given area. It is designed for free-standing building. It has a single garage in the building block. It is also an interesting proposition for people looking for a house with a gable roof, thanks to which it is a cheap and simple solution. The Neo - bricked - ceramic design is a one-storey house with an attic, thanks to which the household can enjoy greater privacy.
