Description of the object

The project belongs to the category of houses with a ridge pointing perpendicular to the road, which is often referred to in the spatial development plan. The house was created for free-standing building. The project is an ideal proposition for those interested in a house with a gable roof that is simple and economical to implement. The Pryma project is a one-storey house with an attic, thanks to which we have the possibility of developing a larger area. Supporters of spacious spaces will surely enjoy the projected daily part. The house has an open kitchen, which is a modern and practical solution. The design combined the dining room and the living room, thanks to which the day zone becomes the center of family life. An interesting element is certainly located in the living room fireplace, which will give the interior a unique atmosphere. The project includes a toilet on the ground floor and a bathroom on the upper floor. The needs of a 4-6-person family will meet the four spacious bedrooms envisaged in the project. The space can also be used as a guest room or a study room. The terrace is an ideal place to organize family meetings and a moment of relaxation. The house was designed in brick technology. Its appearance refers to the traditional style, that's why it will look great regardless of the area.
