In this project the ridge is directed perpendicular to the road, which is often referred to in the spatial development plan. It is directed to investors with a plot that allows the implementation of a detached development project. It has a two-seat garage extended forward. It is also an interesting proposition for those looking for a house with a multi-slope roof, thanks to which the building is very attractive. Project Murator M44 A summer evening is a one-storey house with an attic, thanks to which we have the possibility of developing a larger area. It is worth paying attention to the spacious living area. It is created, inter alia, by the kitchen, which thanks to its dimensions is fully adjustable and functional. The design includes one bathroom on the ground floor and two in the attic. The project provides for five bedrooms, which will be suitable for 5-7 household members. The space can also be used as a guest room or a study room. At home, there was also space for practical economic facilities. The terrace is an ideal place to organize family meetings and a moment of relaxation. The house was designed in brick technology. In its block you can see solutions referring to the traditional style, thanks to which it will fit perfectly into any landscape.
