Description of the object

Maja 2 house was created following the model of the popular Maja project. In contrast to the base version, the design has a larger area, more garage positions. The design of the Maja 2 house is an interesting proposition for people with medium-wide plot. The house has a typical shape, which greatly facilitates the construction process. The bay included in it gives the construction a unique character. In this project, the ridge is situated parallel to the road, which is very important, as required by the spatial development plan. The house has been designed for free-standing building. The author of the project included a two-station garage extended forward. It is also an excellent proposition for people looking for a house with an envelope roof, which is characterized by high resistance to unfavorable weather conditions. The charm is added by the so-called crop eye. The Maja 2 project is a one-storey house with an attic, thanks to which the family members can enjoy greater privacy. The part of the day, considered in the project, will surely satisfy people who like to enjoy common moments in the family circle. It is created, inter alia, a kitchen, which will be a perfect solution for both traditional and modern housewives. Located in the living room fireplace will make the interior will become more cozy. The bathroom on the ground floor will be perfect for visiting guests, while the second one will be located in the attic - for the household. The bedroom area consists of four rooms, which is an excellent option for a family of 4-6 people. The space can also be used as a guest room or a study room. In keeping order, the economic room provided for in the project will certainly help us. Shared barbecue and family meals will make the terrace included in the design. Architectural brick technology recommended by the architect ensures durability and solidity of the construction. Its appearance refers to the traditional style, thanks to which it will perfectly fit into any landscape.
