Description of the object

Project from the Energeto-energetic DOM AVAILABLE 2013 Murator Publishing. A bold and non-standard design of an energy-efficient house, whose brick façades give it a strong character and incorporate it into its surroundings. The terrace roofing has been very innovative and is dictated by the gradual demand for daylight during the day. And in the most sunny hours, the roof shelters the interior from overheating, and also provides the right amount of light in the winter months. The interior is spacious and friendly to residents. It offers an open living area with a living room and kitchen where you can apply the so-called "island". An additional room on the ground floor is also suitable for a disabled person, and the floor is a nightstand. There are three bedrooms, dressing room and bathroom, plus a utility room with a washing machine and recuperation. Appropriate insulation of the house and the use of recuperation significantly reduce the energy demand for heating and makes the design meet the standard of the energy-saving house NF40.
