Description of the object
The house has been designed for the needs of a 4-person or 5-person family. The compact, compact body of the house is covered with a gable roof with a very simple wooden structure. The house is additionally designed with a spacious double garage in a block of the building. The simple and functional interior includes a daytime zone with a guest room on the ground floor and a fully-spaced night zone in the attic. The spacious living room opening onto the garden is complemented by a partially covered terrace, which is perfect as a place for summer meals. Above the garage room there is a utility attic that can be used for an additional room or a recreational room. The building also designed a boiler room, as standard with a solid fuel boiler - eco-pea coal, optionally also a gas installation with a gas furnace. The optimal height of the knee wall (106 cm), which has been designed, allows to obtain a comfortable living space in the attic and maintain the ideal proportions of the object's shape. The building is a compromise of the traditional form, contemporary aesthetics and modern materials, such as a façade cladding, clinker cladding or a fine ceramic tile. The timeless architecture of this medium-sized home will make it easy to fit into almost any landscape.
