House at Imbirowa 3 is a project of a small house with a gable roof and a usable attic. A garage garage is planned next to the building, which harmonizes
with a rustic style of the house. It is primarily made up of a traditional solid
and wooden accents on the facade. The small size of the building gives the opportunity to situate it on a narrow plot, but it does not exclude well-organized
and a spacious interior of the house that will accommodate a family of four.
The daily zone located on the ground floor consists of a living room and an open kitchen, separated from the hall by a small wall with a fireplace. The living room is very well lit due to the glass doors opening onto the spacious terrace, and the large window between the kitchen and the room determines the perfect place for the dining room equipment. In addition, there is a stairwell in the corner of the room
to the first floor.
The night zone covers the entire attic, that is, two medium-sized bedrooms and a bright bathroom. A particularly functional solution is to place a large wardrobe
in the hall, thanks to which space was saved in other rooms.
On the ground floor there is an additional room that allows you to arrange it as a study or another bedroom, as well as a small bathroom and a boiler room. Separate entrance
to the boiler room from the outside and its surface will make it easier for household members to transport
and fuel storage.
House at Imbirowa 3 is distinguished by its practical and bright interior,
which, despite its small size, creates many possibilities for the device. Due to its size, the house is economical both in construction and subsequent operation. Its appearance is also its advantage. Characteristic elements like wood
and covered with tiles, the gable roof creates a cozy home for a small family.
