HomeKONCEPT 64 is a modern house design with a double storey garage. The body of the building refers to the suburban villa development. In the project, the house was covered with an envelope roof. Additional roofs above the garage and entrance to the building as well as the spacious balcony underline the villa's character of the whole. The white plaster used on the façade combined with graphite tiles and gray window frames creates a unique composition. On the south side there is a beautiful, spacious and partially roofed terrace, which can be used as an additional outdoor living room during hot days. In this project, the timeless form combines with a modern finish. The HomeKONCEPT 64 interior has been designed extremely legibly and functionally. After entering, we find a vestibule housing a wardrobe. A properly arranged wardrobe will surely accommodate the outerwear and footwear of both household and guests. After going deep into the house, we are in the open living area. It consists of a kitchen, a dining room and a sunny living room. The pantry is an unquestionable asset of the kitchen. On a small but extremely spacious space - we can store food supplies or small household appliances. Our interior designers designed a mezzanine and an extremely comfortable relaxation zone in the living room. There were comfortable sofas and an elegant fireplace in it. Complementing the ground floor is a toilet and auxiliary rooms - a boiler room and a dressing room from which you can go to the garage. The first floor houses the family's bedrooms. The parents' apartment was designed there, consisting of a bedroom, bathroom and wardrobe. In addition to it, residents have 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom.
