Description of the object
HomeKoncept-50 home design will delight lovers of modern architecture, energy-saving solutions and comfortable and interestingly arranged interiors. The beautiful, opalescent façade, designed from a natural stone slate, gives a simple, regular shape of the home to a noble appearance. The white entablature, running around the building, emphasizes the modern character of the house, and additional wooden fillings add warmth and cosiness. Large, panoramic glazing in the living area, optically connect the house with the garden and ensure optimal sun exposure. HomeKoncept-50 interiors will ensure the comfort of the whole family. When entering the house, in the vestibule, we have a large wardrobe for clothing and footwear of the whole family. From the vestibule, we can go to a very spacious wardrobe, and from there to a double garage. There is a boiler room next to the garage, which can also become a home storage room. Going deeper into the house, we will find ourselves in an open day zone. The kitchen is an extremely bright room thanks to the use of a large panoramic window. The kitchen is adjoined by the pantry - it is an extremely practical solution. Thanks to the pantry, we gain an additional closed and invisible place for storing food or small kitchen equipment. The kitchen and the dining room are divided into a practical counter, which can serve as a table where you can eat breakfast or a place to prepare meals. Our architects put a hob on this counter. The kitchen and dining room are separated from the living room by a wall with a fireplace. As a result, the natural division of the living room into a relaxation zone and television zone was created. Complementing the ground floor is an additional room, which can serve as a cabinet or a room for guests and a small bathroom. The attic is a typical night zone. Three very comfortable bedrooms were located there. Two of them have an exit to the terrace located above the whole two-car garage. A separate bathroom is located next to one of the bedrooms, thanks to which the residents gain a sense of intimacy. In the attic there is also a large wardrobe and a second, shared bathroom. It is very interestingly designed and has a separate laundry room. The building was designed in an energy-saving standard with excellent insulation of walls, floor and ceiling as well as mechanical ventilation.
