House design Oszust is a single-family house project for a family of 4-5 people. The project is a proposal for customers who want to build a storey building, but have a plot, where the regulations prohibit the construction of a house with a floor. Many local plans in our country assume such parameters: a house with an attic, a roof with a slope of 35 degrees, and a maximum height of the house of 8.5 meters. So we tried to fit into such an unfavorable assumption house, which, after all, will be practically a "storied". Hence the original name of the project - "Cheater", because we outwit unfavorable urban records with this project. Architecturally, "Cheater" looks like a modern two-story house. Thanks to the difference in the height of the roof, there are normal, large windows illuminating the upper floor rooms on the first floor. The compact body is covered with a hipped roof visually divided by horizontal stripes finished with contrasting materials. The garage part is built as a single-storey building, finished with a flat roof or terrace. The interior of the house: on the ground floor we have a large single-spatial living area with a fireplace and TV wall exposed in the middle of the living room, with stairs to the second floor, a comfortable kitchen with pantry, an extra room - a study and a toilet. From the entrance hall we go to a double garage and a spacious utility room. Large glazed living room opens the interior of the house to the covered terrace and the surrounding garden. At the top, we have a separate parents' apartment with its own bathroom and dressing room, and two children's bedrooms with a general bathroom. In the attic almost the entire surface has reached the height of standing, so there are no slants obstructing movement. The project, despite a small total area, contains all the necessary functional program for a comfortable family life of several people. The house is designed from modern energy-saving materials. It will be cheap to maintain, and at the same time inexpensive and quite easy to build. Welcome.
