Description of the object
Fistaszek 3 is a one-story house ideal for a family of 3-4 persons. The simple shape of the building was covered with a hip roof. A ceramic tile in graphite color appeared on the roof. White plaster on the façade was varied with a wooden shutter. Despite the small usable area, three functional zones have been distinguished in the functional system. The living area is created by a living room, dining room and an open kitchen with a pantry next to it. Thanks to numerous and large glazing, it has been well lit. In the night zone, the residents have at their disposal two comfortable bedrooms and a family bathroom. The economic part of the house consists of a single-storey garage and a large boiler room with direct access to the outside.
