Description of the object
Delicja is a project of a small one-story single-family home. The combination of a gable roof and materials on the facade such as wood and clinker gives it a rustic character, which perfectly fits into the landscape of the village. The building is small, but has all the necessary elements to provide comfort to a small family. Due to its small size, the house does not require a wide plot.
The day zone is a living room connected to the kitchen, which has an exit to the grand terrace. The room is big enough for the dining room to fit in. An important element of the zone is the lack of partitions, thanks to which the interior gains spaciousness, but it also becomes better illuminated. Kitchen through opening to the living room seems to be larger, in addition has a pantry, which will probably facilitate its organization. At the entrance to the living room there is a fireplace, which will give the space a cozy and homey character.
The second part of the house is a night zone, which consists of three bedrooms and a bright bathroom. The rooms are located further out of the way and are partially covered by a niche, where you can decorate a small wardrobe.
At the entrance, a vestibule is planned, and from it a passage to the utility room, intended for, among others, a boiler room. An element worth noting is the wide, semicircular terrace, which perfectly harmonizes with the building's body, constituting a link between the house and the garden.
Despite its modest appearance, the Delicja project looks very attractive, which is emphasized by the symmetrical composition of the entrance zone of the house. The functional layout of the rooms, despite the small area, will provide enough living space for the 2 + 2 type family. In addition, the small cost of building a house means that the Delicja project is available to almost every family.
