The GL-415 Klasyk Plus building is a modification of the well-known project GL-353 Klasyk. In contrast to the basic version, the project has fewer rooms, more space, more garage spaces. House design GL-415 Klasyk Plus suitable for completion on a medium width plot. The house is characterized by a simple shape, so its implementation will not absorb too many financial resources. Noteworthy is the ornate bay window, giving the construction additional charm. In this project, the ridge is situated parallel to the road, which is very important, as required by the spatial development plan. The house has been designed for free-standing building. The project proposed a two-seat garage extended forward. It is also an interesting proposition for people looking for a house with an envelope roof, which belongs to the most solid roof constructions. The GL-415 Klasyk Plus project is a one-storey house with an attic, which makes its area clearly divided into zones: day and night. Greens of spacious spaces will surely enjoy the projected daytime part. It is created, inter alia, by a kitchen which, thanks to functional solutions, will ensure the comfort of use for many years. The living room has a moody fireplace that gives pleasant warmth and gives the interior a pleasant atmosphere. A practical solution is to include two bathrooms in the design - both at the bottom and at the top. The house has three comfortable bedrooms, which makes it an excellent choice for a family of 4-6 people. The space can also be used as a guest room or a study room. The terrace is an ideal place to organize family meetings and a moment of relaxation. The design has been made in brick technology, so that during the hot weather the house maintains a pleasant chill. In its shape, solutions refer to the traditional style are visible, which is why it will look great regardless of the area.
