House design APS 194 DWU designed for investors with a wide plot, which allows for any location relative to the world. The APS 194 DWU project is a one-storey house with an attic, thanks to which we can enjoy a considerable size even on a relatively small plot. The house design is characterized by a spacious living area. It is made up of functional kitchen, which will delight every investor. The larder taken into account in the project will greatly facilitate the preservation of order. An interesting element is certainly located in the living room fireplace, which will give the interior a unique atmosphere. The fully functional bathroom is planned on both floors, which will significantly improve the morning preparation for the exit. The needs of a 4-6-person family will meet the four spacious bedrooms envisaged in the project. The space can also be used as a guest room or a study room. A terrace designed by the house is a great place to relax. The house was designed in brick technology. In its block you can see solutions referring to the traditional style, thanks to which it will fit perfectly into any landscape.
