The Bianka house project was designed for investors with medium-wide plot. The house has a typical shape, so its implementation is easy. The project can be located on the border of the plot, thanks to which it can be implemented in semi-detached buildings. The project provides for a single-car garage in the building line. It is also an excellent proposition for people looking for a house with a gable roof, which allows for significant savings. The Bianka project is a one-storey house with an attic, which makes its area clearly divided into zones: day and night. The enthusiasts of spacious spaces will certainly enjoy the projected daily part. Thanks to the open kitchen during the preparation of meals, we have contact with the households staying in the living room, which favors the integration of the family. In addition, a roomy pantry is a useful room. The design combined the dining room and the living room, thanks to which the day zone becomes the center of family life.
