Description of the object
Large, luxury one-story house with the possibility of adapting the attic. Inside, we get through a large vestibule combined with a practical wardrobe. There is also access to a large, two-seater garage. Directly from the vestibule, we enter the huge living room, which has a separate seating area, as well as a place for a long, family table, where eating meals will be a real pleasure, and high terrace windows provide maximum lighting at any time of the year. There are 3 exits to the garden, a covered terrace will allow you to relax outdoors in all kinds of weather. The living room is connected to a large open kitchen, where a large pantry is located. Directly next to the living room there is an additional room that can act as a study room or a guest room. The rest of the house is an intimate night zone. There are 3 large bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room and a toilet. The master bedroom also has its own bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. In the main hall of the building there was a place for stairs leading to the unused attic. In this way, we gain access to a large additional area that can be allocated to the attic, hobby room, studio, studio or additional living rooms. The type of ceiling will allow any arrangement of this space, with the design of an additional bathroom inclusive. In a large boiler room, to which we get directly from the garage, two types of heating were designed: GAS and FUEL PALET. Thanks to such a procedure, the project does not need to be remodeled, the investor decides which type of heating he will use in his home - the documentation contains diagrams and developments of the c.o. and electric for both solutions. The building has been designed for gravity ventilation and, as an alternative, mechanical ventilation with recuperation. The house was built on the basis of the latest building regulations, with great care for its impact on the natural environment. Attention! The Design Documentation does not contain elements of small architecture such as: flower pots, landings, gazebos, garden grills, walls, pergolas, as well as other visualization elements, such as: free-standing garages and shelters, roads, driveways, fences, swimming pools, etc.
